The areas you visit are varied, the art style in these environments and overall is unique and well rendered. The gameplay is fun and frantic, just as it should be. The key issue, however, is that after a short amount of time, you'll find yourself losing interest in this title due to the repetitive nature of the gameplay, the lack of story or varied soundtrack.
Bosses, new items and other small details will perhaps help you see this one through to the end but in general, this game is a fun game that didn't achieve its full potential.
